Services and Benefits

• Priority service
• Service within 24hrs (During Regular business days. If not, receive an additional 5% off invoice).
• 10% discount off all invoices, including upgrades & softeners (Excludes Drilling services).
• No after-hours charges.
• Inspection and maintenance plan (see Maintenance Checklist for details).
• Waive Fuel Sur-Charge for all visits.

Price

• New Home Plan $250 per year (Signup within 3 months of closing. Inspection will be performed at 1 year mark. Extends pump warranty to 2 years.).
• Annual Plan $300 per year/1 inspection and maintenance visit per year.
• Bi-Annual Plan $400 per year/2 inspection and maintenance visits per year.
• Quarterly Plan $500 per year/1 inspection and maintenance visit per quarter per year.
• Bacteriological water test $150 per year/1 test performed per year during an inspection visit.

Terms of Agreement

• Active Credit Card on file required.
• Renews automatically until canceled via written email request.
• Written cancellation request shall be emailed to Office@JBWaterWell.com and validated via return confirmation email from Office@JBWaterWell.com.
• No retroactive or prorated refunds will be provided for service plans.

Maintenance Checklist

Well

• Inspect well casing.
• Treat well, annually.
• Ensure well cap is properly secured.
• Ensure electrical connections are properly secured.

Pump

• Check line voltage.
• Check motor amps.
• Check line to motor ohms and grounding.
• Meg test motor.

Pressure Tank

• Pressure test system.
• Check pressure tank air pressure.
• Flush pressure tank.
• Inspect pressure tank for leaks or rust.
• Inspect pressure switch and control boxes.
• Check plumbing connections for corrosion and leaks.

Water Filtration

• Change filter (Filter not included).
• Test water hardness before softener/after softener.
• Observe water quality appearance and odors.
• Test water for total dissolved solids (TDS).
• Review softener programming (Water Right Only).
• Check salt level (Salt not included)
